We specialize in live cactus and succulent plants. 

As plants are living organisms, slight variations in size, colour, shape, spine formation, number of offsets, and flowering are natural. Product images are provided for reference, and the plant you receive may vary slightly while remaining true to the advertised species.

 

 3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or availability at any time.

 

 4. Orders

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Product becoming unavailable
• Incorrect pricing
• Payment verification issues
• Suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

 

 5. Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within our stated processing time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are generally not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the plant and packaging.

Approved claims are eligible for either:

• A full refund, or
• A replacement plant (subject to availability).

 7. Plant Care Responsibility

Once a plant has been delivered, its health depends on proper care provided by the customer.

Passion Garden cannot be held responsible for plant damage resulting from:

• Incorrect watering
• Insufficient or excessive sunlight
• Improper potting
• Poor growing conditions
• Neglect after delivery

We strongly recommend following the care instructions provided with your order.

All content on this website, including text, product descriptions, photographs, logos, videos, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Passion Garden unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.
